I'm Kate, the owner of EdZoocation. I found my passion for animal education whilst volunteering at a local animal rescue as I delivered on-site encounter sessions. This progressed when I started volunteering at my local falconry centre and assisted with the outreach sessions. This led to paid work within the field but despite working for a few organisations I was never quite content with how each business was ran. After taking time out whilst covid19 stopped encounter sessions, I decided I would return to the industry working for myself instead!
